About MACH Family Medicine Residency Program
Since 1972, Martin Army Community Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program has produced well rounded, board-certified Soldier Physicians who lead Army Medicine. Located at Maneuver Center of Excellence, Ft. Benning, the program's physicians proudly care for Active Duty, Retired and Veteran Service Members as well as their Families. Our program is an unopposed 8-9-9 program that provides a wide variety of services that are a perfect fit for training in Family Medicine.
The Residency is an official teaching hospital for USUHS (Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland) and frequently hosts both active duty medical students as well as students from other medical schools. The majority of Residents are either USUHS graduates or HPSP graduates. Applicants for residency training must have been accepted for a military commission prior to applying for residency.
