Our mission is to provide a customer service program which offers training,
surveys and data collection and analysis to enhance patient satisfaction and
staff pride as well as being patient advocates for problem/concern
resolution and service recovery.
Our vision is to provide the impetus for Martin Army Community Hospital to
rank first in customer service and patient satisfaction among all medical
treatment facilities worldwide.
The Patient Experience Division includes patient advocates, benefits
counselors, enrollment specialists, and patient travel, appointment and
reception services (including the Call Center, Hospital Information Desk,
and MSA Education and training). Our mission is to improve the patient's
experience of care through excellent customer service, improved access, and
satisfied employees to achieve a strong and healthy organization. We
collaborate and support efforts to improve access, customer satisfaction,
internal communication, and contribute positively to organizational health.
