CSM Broadnax-Rogers attended Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Advance Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas where she was awarded the MOS of 68W Healthcare Specialist. CSM Broadnax-Rogers has been assigned to various duty stations including 115th Field Hospital, Fort Polk, Louisiana, 2nd Armored Calvary Regiment, Fort Polk, Louisiana, 10th Combat Support Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado, 168th Medical Battalion, Yongsan, Korea, 61st Multifunctional Medical Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas, 89th Regional Readiness Command, Wichita, Kansas, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Red Cloud, Korea, 4th Support Battalion, 4th Infantry Division Mechanized, Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Northern Regional Medical Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Southern Regional Dental Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia, and the 187th Medical Battalion, JBSA. CSM Broadnax-Rogers has served 2 combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
CSM Broadnax-Rogers’ military and civilian education includes all levels of the Noncommissioned Officer Education System, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, a Master of Science with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration (ABD).
